These Terms of Service explain how Stewart Strategies works with clients and how you may use this website. By booking a session, paying for a package, or using our free tools, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Stewart Strategies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small-business consulting practice founded by Randi Stewart. We help business owners with growth planning, branding and positioning, marketing strategy, customer attraction, and operations.
2. Our services
We offer one-on-one consulting through the packages described on our website, currently the Strategy Consultation, Business Assessment, and Business Blueprint. Each package includes a scheduled video meeting and the deliverables listed on its description.
Our services are business consulting and education. We are not lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, or licensed financial advisors, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
3. Booking and payment
- Appointments are booked online through our booking page, based on our posted availability.
- Packages are paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- While you complete payment, your selected time is held for a short period. If payment isn’t completed, the time is released.
- Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your meeting details.
4. Rescheduling and cancellations
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule online, using the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before your appointment, based on availability.
- Cancelling: if you cancel, 50% of the amount you paid is non-refundable and the remaining 50% is refunded to your original payment method.
- Within 24 hours: appointments can’t be changed or cancelled online within 24 hours of the start time. Please contact us directly.
- Missed appointments: if you miss your appointment without notice, or join more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as completed and is not refunded.
- If we need to cancel: if we cancel or can’t attend, you may choose a full refund or a new time at no extra cost.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We may update our cancellation terms in the future. The terms in effect when you book apply to that booking.
5. Online meetings
Sessions take place by video call (currently Zoom). You’re responsible for a reliable internet connection and a suitable device. If a technical problem on our end prevents a session, we’ll reschedule it at no cost. Sessions are not recorded unless both of us agree in advance.
6. Your responsibilities
Our recommendations depend on the information you share, so please provide information that is accurate and complete. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for how you use our recommendations.
7. No guarantee of results
We share our best professional judgment, but every business is different and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including increases in sales, customers, revenue, or profit.
8. Deliverables and intellectual property
Written plans, summaries, and recommendations we prepare for you are yours to use for your own business. Our underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and website content remain the property of Stewart Strategies and may not be resold, published, or shared as your own work. Information you share about your business remains yours.
9. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential. We don’t disclose it to others except to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy who help us deliver our services, or when required by law.
10. Free tools and website content
The Business Growth Check, business survey, articles, and emails on this website provide general information only. Results and suggestions from these tools are not personalized professional advice.
11. Using this website
Please don’t misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, access areas you aren’t authorized to use, submit false information, or use automated tools to submit forms. We may block access for misuse.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stewart Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
