- When you book a session: your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you share about your business challenges.
- When you fill out the business survey: your contact details and your answers about your business, goals, and challenges.
- When you take the Business Growth Check: your answers, first name, and email address.
- When you join our email list: your first name and email address.
- When you contact us: anything you include in your message.
Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment but never your full card number.
2. Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data: like any website, our server records your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies: we use only the cookies needed for the website to work, such as keeping site administrators signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Email activity: our marketing emails record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, so we can send more useful content.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and hold your appointments, and send related emails and reminders.
- To prepare for your sessions and deliver your recommendations.

4. Our email list
We only add you to our marketing emails if you check the box asking for them, or sign up through our website, and you’ll be asked to confirm by email first. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Appointment confirmations and other emails about your bookings are sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Zoom: video meetings for your sessions.
- Google: our scheduling calendar, and the fonts used on this website (your browser loads them from Google’s servers).
- Brevo: delivery of our marketing emails.
- Our web hosting provider: stores the website and the information you submit through it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
6. How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for our business and for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Survey and Growth Check responses are kept while they’re useful for serving you. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list only so that we don’t email you again.
7. Keeping it secure
This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to client information is limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we’ll honor requests as required by applicable law.
